2nd Annual 420 Cannabis Community Cleanup!

By

We’re at it again! Let’s SMOKE UP WHILE WE CLEAN UP! Cannabis is newly legal, but as cannabis users we still face a certain amount of societal stigma around our choice to use cannabis. We want people to associate cannabis with positive things, and to accomplish that we need them to see cannabis users making positive change in our communities, so our modus operandi is simple: smoke weed in public while beautifying our city.

Event will commence at city hall at noon with some brief announcements and early bird prizes, after which we’ll split into teams to tackle different areas of the downtown core. We we’ll reconvene at city hall at 4pm for the lighting of the traditional Big 4:20 Joint.

We encourage folks of all ages to participate in trash pick-up, though we ask that individuals under the age of 18 who do not possess medical cannabis prescriptions under the ACMPR to refrain from consuming cannabis.
