There is a level of accountability and complexity with cannabis that does not exist with any other ingredient. And an unprecedented opportunity. Together with celebrated Cannabis Chef Travis Petersen “The Nomad Cook,” and certified Cannabis Sommelier Tamara Lilien “CannaLily,” the CCA has developed an essential curriculum designed to teach and certify people to utilize cannabis as a legal culinary ingredient. Incorporating theoretical, practical and sensory elements, this curriculum is a must for anyone who intends to cook and serve cannabis infused food. Students will gain the key knowledge, skills and experience required to transition into the world of legal culinary cannabis.
