Together with celebrated Cannabis Chef Travis Petersen “The Nomad Cook,” and certified Cannabis Sommelier Tamara Lilien “CannaLily,” the CCA has developed an essential curriculum designed to teach and certify people to utilize cannabis as a legal culinary ingredient. Incorporating theoretical, practical and sensory elements, this curriculum is a must for anyone who intends to cook and serve cannabis infused food. Students will gain the key knowledge, skills and experience required to transition into the world of legal culinary cannabis.
Must be 19+, in good health, not pregnant or breastfeeding (if you choose to consume THC)
Event uses legal cannabis procured in advance by attendees.
