This event presents practical evidence-based education on cannabinoids in clinical practice. Participants will benefit from presentations by Canadian and internationally renowned experts in a two-day event featuring updates from key researchers and stakeholders. Canadian physicians and healthcare professional attendees will become up-to-date on the evolving regulatory system, educated on the current state of knowledge regarding the health effects of cannabis and familiarized with emerging research to provide safe and effective use of cannabinoids in clinical practice. The CCIC conference will educate health care professionals to foster accurate and evidence-based conversations with their patients on the health impacts of cannabis and will update researchers in the field on what the latest science says.
